*How come my bag doesn't look exactly like the one I saw on the website? Due to our dying processess and variations in fabric, no two items are exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common. *How long does it take to receive my order? All orders will be shipped with in 2 business days of your order, except during weekends. (All orders placed between Friday 9:00 a.m. and Monday 9 a.m. will ship Tuesday.) Depending on your shipping service selected you can estimate the delivery time (excluding holidays and non-business days). We use the UPS service which offers online package tracking which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped. *What is the status of my order and how do i track it? To view the status of your order log on and go to "order status" and click on "view my order". In the middle of the page you will see "click to track package". Click here and your UPS tracking # will be provided.
*How do I change or cancel my order? If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at weborders@loungefly.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.
*Do you ship to PO boxes? No- for customer protection we cannot ship to PO boxes.
*Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship internationally.
*What is your return policy? We will happily take back any unused item within 10 days of purchase. You be refunded the amount minus shipping charges. Please include the original packing slip as well as a reason for return. If you are exchanging an item, please include the product description of the item you wish to exchange it with.
